I was just thinking that I wish I could order Johnnys online and use my debit card. Allowed me to stay in the house and study today. It would probably benefit you guys to upgrade your app so that it saves card and address information, maybe start a rewards program, and a delivery tracker that shows when your order is ready and when the driver is on the way. The delivery tracker will keep customers from overestimating delivery time and will make the wait time feel shorter

Love it, only dislike how you have yo click cash several times and different ways before it registers as you chose a payment option. Other than that its great. Have ordered several times from this app and have gotten just what I order. Will continue to use this app!

I don't want to put my credit card in if I'm picking it up. Also, it doesn't show the history and when I hit the back button on the confirmation page, it said processing again so I hope it didn't order 3 pizzas!!

Wouldn't take scanned card, doesn't save card info so has to be re-entered every time (and you still have to use it when order arrives) and menu is confusing. However, deliveries have always been fast, hot and accurate. No complaints there!

I don't know who does Johnny's app work or who does their IT work, but this app is just terrible. Doesn't keep me logged in, never has the specials, coupon codes never work, it's not even synced with their database. Several times we've ordered through the app and the store just "never got it" . They print it out then manually enter the order. What the what?? And it's very difficult to navigate through. Just a terrible app and mobile site. I expected better from johnnys.

I like to stay home and not have to have to go run errands. So this app is perfect when my family wants to eat out. We just put in our order then put on the movie we're gonna watch together. And wait for the delivery. These guys have the best pizza house menu, and the order is always cooked perect. Job very well done every time!!!
