This app would've been good if jj could only fix the bugs in the app. When im not even using it, it would just crash, showing a error and to semd feedback message would appear in the middle of the screen. The other day i was using navigation and missed my exit because of the app crashing. Also another problem when items in the basket, without pressing confirm order it would just order itself. JJ FOODS REALLY NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT.

Although it was buggy before and would randomly crash or log me out. I could live with it because catering outside, I could not use a pc to order from, so I would persevere in the hope an update would solve the bugs. I got a new phone and installed the app again. Now it won't even open. All it says is JJ Food service has stopped. I installed it on my tablet, personal phone & business mobile. none of them will open. Now instead of ordering online for delivery, I go to Makro on the way home.

used to be brilliant up to about 4 months ago!! waited before I reviewed to see if they resolve problem,..app keeps crashing, takes forever to open and load up, you can't add quantity, need to press the + button each and every time, so your item goes up 1 at a time, as opposed to selected 8 boxes etc sort it out guys, you guys are a big company,

app is nice n easy to use. Can easily navigate the menu. Only problem i face literally everyday is, the app constantly crashes n prompts me to send feedback or close app, even when im not using it. JJ u guys really need to sort this issue out. App is always up to date, ive even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, still same problem.

App has a bugs. Each time when phone is switched back it shows error and forcing to close up app. Apart of that it's slow, not user friendly layout is very weird. Oryginaly i gave 2 starts and that was 2 too many. Never seen any apl like thos. Hope Jjs food got it free from some college students or get money for puting their name under so.ething so badly design as otherwise they been ripped off big times lol

a random update just made it impossible to login to my account. i even tried creating a new one but drop down menus dont work rendering that impossible aswell. well they just missed out on a big monthly order. their loss i guess.
