মহান আল্লাহ তা-আলা তার নির্বাচিত সর্বকালের সর্বশ্রেষ্ট মানুষ হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সাঃ) এর উপর কোরআন নাজিল করেছেন। সুতরাং তিনিই এর সঠিক বর্ণনাকারী। তার বর্ণনা ও ব্যাখ্যা ব্যতীত সঠিকভাবে কোরআন বুঝতে পারা অসম্ভব। আর মহানবীর বাণী, কাজ কিংবা কথাই সুন্নত নামে পরিচিত যা হাদিস এর বই আকারে প্রথম বুখারী শরীফ এ লিপিবদ্ধ হয়। হযরত মোহাম্মদ (সঃ) এর বাণী মুসলমান হিসেবে প্রত্যেক নর নারীর মেনে চলা উচিত। তাঁর অনুপ্রেরণার বানী এবং উক্তি গুলোতে অজানা সব বিখ্যাত কথা লুকিয়ে আছে যা বুঝতে পারলে প্রকৃত মুমিন হওয়া সম্ভব। মহানবী ( সাঃ ) এর ৩২৪ টি মহা মূল্যবান বাণী হাদিস শরীফ আকারে বিখ্যাত কয়েকজন আলেম ওলামা প্রকাশ করেছেন। এই বিখ্যাত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বাণী গুলো পৃথিবীর আর যে কোন বিখ্যাত ব্যাক্তিদের বাছাইকৃত সেরা উক্তি গুলোর থেকে উত্তম। বলা হয়ে থাকে নবী রাসুলদের বাণী একটি গ্রন্থাগারের চেয়েও বেশি জ্ঞান বহন করে বিখ্যাত মনিষিদের বিখ্যাত সব উক্তি গুলোর উপলব্ধি এক করলেও হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (স) এর বাণী তাদের সকলের মধ্যে অন্যতম।



ইসলাম ধর্মের অনুসারীদের জন্য মহান আল্লাহ তা-আলা একজন পথ প্রদর্শক দুনিয়াতে পাঠিয়েছেন, তিনি হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সাঃ) আর মহানবী (সা:) এর শ্রেষ্ঠ বাণী মহান সৃষ্টিকর্তার আনুগত্যের ধারক ও বাহক। এই সকল ইসলামিক উক্তি নবীজির সুন্নত এর পাশাপাশি মনে প্রাণে ধারন করলে আমাদের মুমিন হওয়া সহজ হবে।

It is impossible to understand the Qur'an correctly without its description and explanation. And the Prophet's message, work or thing is known as Sunnah, which is recorded in the form of the book of hadith first in Bukhari Sharif. According to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Muslims should obey the rules of Allah.
