Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing I Want --- on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

This app provides the you the ability to select, store, display and purchase "desired" items, for special occasions, for yourself or for family and friends.

Mine:

Special Occasions – where you put your special events which might evoke gift giving from your Family and Friends.

1) Add Occassion:
a. Occasion Name (eg. Birthday)
b. Date (mm/dd/yy)

Note: Family and Friends will be notified (via an app message) when the current date is within 30 days of the occasion date.

I Want List – where you select, enter and store items and intangible events that you would desire (selection is made from Amazon’s product database) on your special occasions.

1) List:
a. ‘+/-’ items can expanded and unexpanded by tapping item description.
b. Items can be deleted by swiping item description left.
c. Items will turn red when they have purchased.

2) Add Item:
a. Upload picture (image) from the gallery or camera.
b. Then put in the item count, price, category and description. Also additional attributes if required (eg. size, color etc.) .

3) Add Intangibles:
a. Enter intangible items (put in the message [start with recipient’s first name] – eg. John – meet me for dinner ) and then tap receiving person on Family and Friend’s List and tap OK.

Family & Friends List:

1) List – of your family and friends - Tapping a particular member will display their Want List.
a. Then tapping an item and then Buy will allow you to tell the app that you have purchased the item for your friend or family..
b. Checking an intangible item means you accept it.

2) Add Member – add a member of your family or friends to your list.
a. Search al people in database using qualifiers of first name, last name, city, age and/or phone number.
b. Tapping the Invite to Join from the search results will send an invitation (in the app) to that person to join your Family and Friends List.
