For people having a hard time with this app Use your friends phone if your phone dose not connect to it And change the password and wifi name. Make it the password more than 6 letters And under 12 I think And shorten the wifi name Then your phones won't have a hard time connecting up to it No Samsung. Phone could work with he app. After changing. Wifi name and password. Things are now fine it's an ok app Little buggy Selecting videos to download is a little tricky.

App doesn't work. Keeps failing every time i try to sync or connect with my camera. The dash cam is great but the app sucks. I couldn't even find the app that the book said and so downloaded this and its terrible as everyone else has said. No happy when this is meant to be a feature of the camera. Are they even reading these reviews or trying to fix it? Im going to call them and bring it up over the phone since they are ignoring these.

Do the Developer's even look at these reviews. Regardless, the Dashcam itself is good, however how am I supposed to retreive the data to my phone when it doesn't work. Running Android 9.0, Galaxy S8, the WiFi connects to the Dashcam but keeps prompting me that "command send fail". It is unable to see the camera view from the mobile device nor see the data stored on the SD card. Can you update this App ASAP, as it is currently useless and incompatible with later mobile devices.

The app I am supposed to download doesn't even come up. Downloaded this and it says older version may not work. You would think the app they want you to download at least exists.

Totally useless app, cannot connect to device and advises that connection failed. Tried uninstalling and rebooted but still no connection. I use android 7 which is supposed to be compatible.
