Still hasn't fixed the bug where the lesson schedule's 'Collapse' button doesn't change back to 'See more' when it automatically collapses when you scroll down - you have to click the button twice for it to re-open. The app softlocks when an update is needed, not letting you use it until you install the update. Why? This is the only app I've seen that has to do this? The news feed shows messages in a seemingly random order because pinned messages have no signage to indicate they're pinned.

Gradually improving - thank you for adding the ability to sort news items and updates in chronological rather than importance thpugh it would be great if the app remembered your preference. It also keeps showing you what's new with the app an office to take you on a tour every time it loads which gets tiresome. It would be great if you were to able to cut and past from news items. Eg if you get invited to a parents zoom meeting you can't copy and paste the details into your diary.

After a recent update it is inoperable. The app is used by my children's primary and high schools. I continue to get notifications that posts have been made but I am unable to open the app to see these - I just get stuck on the first screen with the spinning wheel of death and a message indicating the app is trying to retrieve user data. Thinking that it may be my account or my phone I checked my son's phone. His app won't open either. Absolutely useless *12 months later & still constant issues

So I have just updated today as it asked that I do so, and nothing is loading. Have tried a few times on phone and tablet. Can't access anything anymore. After reading some recent reviews, i noticed I'm not the only one. Frusturating

Since latest update 31.5.21 has had huge issues. Wont let me into app now. Provides total blue screen saying "An update to compass school manager is required. click here", but play store not allowing update as it is updated. Not impressed ETA. 4TH REBOOT OF PHONE & PLAYSTORE OFFEREd 'UPDATE' INSTEAD FINALLY and now working. Very odd! Also ..... In AU we use dates as follows... DD/MM/YY. (NOT.. MM/DD/YY) PLEASE FIX!! Would rather use browser anyway. New Update design is terrible!

The redesign is a welcome visual refresh, and the option to sort by most recent instead of most important news items is great. However, I am getting very sick of taking the What's New tour every time I open the app or switch between accounts.
