The web page has many issues. I didn't think I was ever going to get the order finished. To my surprise after all the problems the coupon was NOT loaded so I didn't get the sale price. They can not take that off the price after I received the order unless I return this whole order and re-order. Of course now that sale is over and the prices have jumped almost double so, I will not order online from them again.

Have been waiting for my item i bought for a long time and still it has not arrived, last time i order anything on this app. Cant track order cant cancel cant review , customer service cant tell you anything abou the order, called the location its supposed to be delivered to but they never answer. Worst online shopping app ever! Worst then doordash. Update: I never received my order and then my refund went into the pockets of my jc penny app I never seen that money again.terrible service.

Very difficult to customize a search in the app. I know what I'm looking for and I know that JCPenney carries the item but cannot get the app to customize it to find that exact item. Disappointed. Ended up going to a different retailer to find what I was looking for

Everytime I try to add something to my cart it refuses to add it. It says pick a size. I've already picked a size! It shows the size is available. This has happened on more than one item!

Tracking updates are not on point or not available. Deliver takes way to long not as told. App gets stuck. To go back to previous time it sometimes takes you to home screen instead. Have to start search all over
