after updating and installing. unable to upload document in app upload section. it mentions size of the file should be less than 2MB but my file size is just 350kb. need to resolve this issue.

It has been an absolute pleasure attending classes and performing every STCW refresher courses in this institute. The faculty is incredibly knowledgeable and highly qualified with vast experience. The infrastructure is modern, comfortable and welcoming. The staff and other members of Hoon Maritime Institute are extremely sober, polite and friendly yet have a professional approach. "Puntuality" is the bestfeature of this institution which for me is the most important trait.

Me as a potential mariner and a trainee affiliate in their products, programmes, conducts, deliverences, cost effectiveness has been enticeing of this institute for a quite long time, so for those potential learner I should recommend to achieve your goal and for other don't have a better outlook stop blaming this intstitute for your own incompetence. But of course their is no limit of attaining perfection. Its universal truth.
