Great app! First time worked fine, but the second time when I tried to connect two EON 615, I couldn't connect them again. But I went ahead and I reset it my speakers to factory settings. So if app doesn't connect, you need to factory reset your speakers! By Harman: "To restore the factory settings, press and hold the "EQ +" and "Boot" buttons on the rear panel of the speaker and turn on the speaker. Press and hold until all the LEDs are on and then leave. After boot, press Sync button."

I followed all directions correctly, yet had no success with pairing my JBL 615´s. The JBL´s appear "ready to pair" on the phone´s bluetooth page, but pairing fails for no apparent reason. Likewise, the app installed easily on my Samsung J40 but the EON connect interface was missing the scan function so no pairing from the app either. I re-installed the app 6 times(not exaggerating!) and followed with rebooting the JBL´s with no luck. The issue seems to be with the app. Perhaps a conflict with my Android OS? Personally, I wish the app was made available for my MacPro or MacBook. I don´t see the practicality in creating apps that ,while effectively controlling settings for plug-ins /software instruments can only be installed on a phone or an I- Pad!? I ´m still pleased the speakers, though and highly recommend them as stage monitors for keyboards or as a low cost gig PA. However, to summarize: The EON connect app impressed me as a "toy for amateurs". I can´t really say if it´s "good" or not, since it didn´t work anyways! I will hold out for some updates to solve the issues, or better yet, a professional level computer-ready version!

Great sound 300 bucks later!!! So after I bought the jbl eon 615. I was assured that it was a bluetooth speaker. Come to find out, its only bluetooth volume! When I have sent numerous emails with no response, I had to figure out how to make it work. Drove 3hrs one way to vegas to a dj shop and boom after 300 bucks i got the sound i wanted! Great speakers but the worst customer service I have seen. What other companies are comparable to JBL?

Something as basic as Bluetooth. This app should allow any music to be played through it via Bluetooth. This speaker sucks balls. Put some money in this application then you'll make some real money off of these speakers.

I just bought it and try so many time I did waste my time like 2 hours to connect the bluetooth thru my iPhone thru my tablet and still not work very bad App JBL sorry but its it's worthless now l have to take back to the store this speakers EON615 very disappointed

If you get a simple Bluetooth adapter then you can stream music it's really good and simple way to work around the streaming issue
