This app is great for those who need to practice kanji's. Last update fixed the issue with the Dropbox backup.

This is a very useful learning tool for learning kanji, but the app needs an update - there's an annoying redraw bug when the 'i' button is toggled (android 4.3, the kanji background is not cleared allowing the underlying info text to appear behind the main kanji window). Also I think the app should keep a track of where the user is up to during practise, as it wont start from where you were up (i.e. you always start from the initial char in the range). It's also a bit difficult to set the char range to study (there are better UI means to do this - see other apps). The orange colour scheme is a bit too contrasty. I wish this could be changed. These minor things give the app a bit of a dated feel. However the educational value is good, and this is main thing. One star off for lack of updates.

But I cannot see my input during kanji review. It's just showing empty box next to correct kanji stroke order box.

I've really missed these apps since I swapped from iOS. The best I've ever used, and I'm pretty sure I've tried them all.

Like Andy, I was also a huge Kanji LS Touch fan when I had my iPod Touch. I sold it to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S2 and this app was the app I missed the most after making the switch. I had emailed the creator a few times last year to inquire about an android version. I was really excited to learn about there being an android version already in the works. I just found out it was released and instantly bought it. It is a steal for only a $1. I have a Galaxy S2 and am not experiencing any of the problems llya is.
