User interface is cluttered, unintuitive, and hard to use. My biggest complaint, however, is that you sometimes get to the point of checking out, only to be told that some item(s) aren't available for delivery. If so, then why are they listed for purchase? I've scrapped entire orders several times because of this. Also, Instacart supposedly handles delivery. So why are some items available in this app, but not in the Instacart app? And why aren't bananas for sale in either?

Worst shopping app! Should be able to select IN STORE just once instead of for every item you want. Tedious and stupid. It's quicker to just go to the store and look for what you want. Who programmed this pitiful app?! Update: Still so tedious to search for items. WHY must I select HOW I want to get an item......for each and every item?! When I'm selecting items it's because I'm ready to go to the STORE AND SHOP! But, no, I must take twice as long to select in-store every time.

I have used the Jay C grocery pick up option for about 6 months now. I am very satisfied with it! My list is always correct, I recieve a notice to approve substitute items the processing clerk does a great job. I had an issue the very first time I used it. However, it was my error I didn't know to type in my substitute options and my bacon selection was very fatty; details details.

Mostly good, but with one very big and frustrating flaw. If you elect to allow substitution selections, you get ONE CHOICE, and very often that choice is unacceptable, leaving you stuck. If you leave a comment with alternatives, the pickers don't always pay attention, and you are SOL. Provide the means to select from several alternatives. If not for this, I would rate this 4+ stars.

Love the pickup convenience. But there is one really big problem for me. I have a big family and make large pickup orders. After adding my very large list of regular items to the cart, the app will simply tell me that a certain number of items were not added to the cart. It doesn't tell which items these were, so that I can shop for substitutes. So I have to spend alot of time searching and comparing my regulars list to my cart items to see what is missing. Pleeeeese fix this!!!

The grocery pickup is terrific and I've not had any issues with anything they've selected for me. I especially love that they upgrade your item if they can't find what you wanted, but you pay the lesser cost! When I do shop in person, it is generally very well stocked and well kept. They've got a lot of good people that work hard and it shows!
