This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Jamex on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

The Jamex Mobile App allows field personnel to capture how a device is performing while connected to a printer, copier or computer device. From within the Jamex Mobile App, partners can capture and submit a video or photo to Jamex technical support. With a few simple clicks, the video or picture is uploaded for Jamex technical support review. It is then integrated into the Jamex information systems and it becomes associated with an existing or new support ticket. The Jamex Mobile App will improve the efficiency of technical and sales support. The video platform provides clear understanding of the issue being experienced, thus allowing our technical team to provide phone or video support tools in a timely manner.

The Jamex Mobile App allows video content to be used for resolution of support issue.
