Personally not as good as its precursor, but still trumps the top 10 most downloaded apps any day. Jaques Smuts has become the number one app designer I've ever known.

As sequels go this is one.of the best. Check out the original one first though. Still a very worthy 5/5. It is like every well-being and self confidence book rolled into one.
