Since I don't have a radio in my home, I rely on the app for my connection to KDFC. The app has a few glitches: stopping once in a while and I have to manually re-start it, and, without me doing anything, the app will switch from their live show to one of their playlists and need to switch it back. These are not phone-related; happened with both my old & new phones. ALSO, these phenomena do not occur when I listen to classical music via WQXR & WPLN. To me the app still rates 5 stars though.

The best classical music experience on the radio to date! Wonderful hosts and eloquently spoken descriptions of composers. Unfortunately I cannot donate due to the pandemic. But one day somehow I will! This radio station has kept me sane and calm. Thank you so much

Works well and is great for traveling outside the Bay Area while remaining tuned-in. The well-crafted photography featuring the greater San Francisco City area is synchronized, in presentation, with the time of day, and the still-images combined with an aesthetically pleasant panning effect. It's background presence seems well-engineered for hours of uninterrupted listening throughout normal device use.
