sometimes it takes an age to process card payments and the screen locks, when you go back in the app relaunches. It's really frustrating. Also confirmation emails take an age to come through. Edit - still not any better, and even more frustrating it locks out when using Google pay to input card details. This app is like something designed 8 years ago. It's seriously unfriendly. Sort it out Moviehouse.

Waste of time. Doesn't hold the booking code. Registration email says "Would you like to register to circuit A ?". What??!!. Is slow. No benefit to installing e.g. discount for registering. Payment screen over sized. Did anyone even do UX/UI testing. Uni

Terrible. Cannot find my location. I try to register and it won't let me use the email I used to purchase tickets (on a PC). Nowhere to log in! I hope the theater experience is better than the app!

The app won't recognize my location and keeps giving me listings for a theater in someplace called Coleraine. I live in Keller, TX; I've never even heard of Coleraine. The app is useless if I can't use it for theaters in my area.
