The app has an extremely slow response when selecting times and crashes when making payment. When the crash occurs and I attempt again, all the seats that have been selected are listed as taken already even though i did not make finalized purchase. Have to wait some time later hoping the system cancels the seats before i can select them again. Horrible app with a similar horrible website.

Great if you want to look up showtimes to avoid using their equally awful website, but trying to purchase tickets? No good. I thought I bought tickets, after all, I inputted all of my credit card information but never received confirmation. Went back online to see if the seats I had purchased were still there.... and they were. Afraid to try again since I did give them my credit card information but I did. Halfway through payment - randomly kicks me back to their homepage. Ultra frustrating.

New Update 7/20/2019....again, the app is not working at all. Get alert msg stating "Cannot load the data. Check your internet connection." So using wifi or my cell network doesnt work. Update: ..fast response by Developer when there is issue. As i an IT professional i was impressed. Fixed: App and website are both broken when trying to order tickets for any movie and showing time. When u select the movie, time and seat selection and go to the cart to purchase it says "Invalid Performance".

This app has stopped showing what movies are showing at theaters in my area. Its been very difficult as well to order tickets thru the app, it tskes your info and then kicks you out with no record of putchase.

Much, much better than old app. We purchase our tickets, choose our seats and simply scan and print tickets at theater. Excellent!

Works pretty well. I haven't seen an issue it had a good lay out and it's easy to use great for prebooking tickets
