Jabong and myntra... They are loosing it now!!! There is no guarantee that you will receive the same product you ordered. I received different brand product with the label of the brand i ordered.. 😂😂😂 What a shame!! They are showing signs of desperation now. God bless them.

I ordered a black grey jeans nd olive green jeans.I received a damaged black jeans, torn all over and of very poor quality.I returned it but my return request was cancelled and another jeans was unelivered showing status customer refused. I raised complaint in customer care, they assured me that the damaged produce will be picked up and I will get refunded and another product will be delivered. But still my another jeans is not picked up yet. This is really unexpected from Jabong.

today i m editing my review coz from past few months this app is not as good as earlier. no good offers are there.i m using this app for more than 4 yrs and was my fav app amongst others. on festival season numbers of good deals offered by this app.but now no such offers r there,even after discounts prices of products are not that reasonable as compare to earlier.

Day by day jabong is getting lost. It doesn't even upload it's new content anymore. Once upon a time it used to be the best n now it's the opposite.

Jabong was my go-to app for high quality and high end brands especially vis a vis the others in the indian market. Now its on a slow downward spiral to becoming Myntra, slowly loosing its characteristics that made it Jabong. It will be missed. RIP
