Only has a picture telling you to call 811 before you dig. The previous program was disabled and I could not pull up a near ticket when a contractor hit a water line. I downloaded this new version which isn't working properly and won't do anything except show a picture.

Useless. Just links you to the online portals to submit tickets that are only available for 15 days. I just want to see where my gas, drainage, water, and septic lines are.
