The UI is bad on phones and tablets, and you have to download music files locally.. as opposed to streaming. For the amount of marketing I see for this app on a lot of VODs and Podcasts from groups that use it, I was surprised tbh. As far as the free content that is usable once you figure it out via the awkward UI, it works as advertised. Not sure if it there was a way to organize sound effects but I guess that is a product of the unusual UI. Good ambience. Terrible usability. **---

Terrible UI, wouldn't let me play a pack I got on the website with a voucher (it doesn't show up in the list, even after restarting and reloading). I didn't bother to find out how well the rest worked, because it wasn't what I was there for and the UI is, again, terrible.

This used to be pretty good, but now the app continually crashes, and there's no update. Guess I'll cancel my subscription. it's a shame really, because the sound sets were a great contribution to my D&D campaign

Huge apologies to BEN. A bit ago I could not download the app, and wasn't very nice about it. The problem was all me. The device I was using was blocking my download. I've since switched devices and all is much better. The app is smooth and fun to use and adds awesome ambiance to everything I need it for...thanks BEN

I've only just started using this and I'm already in love with it. After some initial difficulties (which their amazing devs and customer service resolved very, very quickly), I'm up and running and planning to use it in my next D&D session. Great product, and great people supporting it.

App doesn't really work. It's full screen and I can't figure out how to display the menu. Some functions like the Settings gear are covered by the camera cutout on my phone. Small developer, sure, but not actually usable.
