Awful online ordering totally ignored! Arrived to pick up food at the appointed time order hadnt even been started! All the people in the queue were served before us along with people coming in off the street? Waited for just over 20 minutes for the order got home order was wrong!!! Never again

Ordered food from mallocas tonight and went through the normal process and paid by card. When driver arrived the receipt said it wasnt payed for. Telephone the takaway and spoke with manager. Tryed troubleshooting the app by reordering and adding different cards. Check my online banking nd the money wasnt showing up. Alot of trys later still no luck so only because i knew the delivery driver i had the option of paying the next day at the takeaway. So food nearly cold and driver gone i still dont know if the order will go through off my card for all the failed attempts as it showed on the app that the order was sucessfull. Worst service from this app and the takeaway as i couldnt pay over the phone either which held up the delivery driver too

Great app quick response from takeaway great food (really generous portions) and delivered 10 minutes before the time given would highly recommend 👌
