Maden ved DLH er god, og det er derfor dejligt at kunne bestille vie en App. OrderYoYo er dog ikke de bedste til opgaven, eller der er investeret for lidt tid. Du kan ikke skifte password i app'en, eller på deres website, og hvis du glemmer det, kan du ikke nulstille - hverken fra App eller website - og vi er nu i 2017. Fail. Der burde være en password nulstille funktion. Man kan godt navigere rundt i App'en så bestillingen man har i gang, den glemmes, og man skal starte forfra. Der er ingen søgefunktion, som burde være der, da der nemt kan være 500 emner i en oversigt. En live taste-tryk søgning ville klæde produktet. Man ender i stedet med at scrolle i vildskab, og på små smartphones som flest har, der bliver det et mareridt. Kunder ved OrderYoYo bør ikke satse på at kommer nær JustEat, så længe produktet og dets opbygning har det lave UX niveau.
