So you have to enter your date of birth from a calendar that doesn't let you pick the date month or year but shows the current month and you have to swipe back one month at a time. I was born in June 1958 and couldn't be ar**d swiping back though all 748 months one by one. I just entered dob as 1/1/2000 rather than wear my finger out. Why they used this date picker in app I don't know. Three drop-down menus would have been obvious choice. Pretty poor UI

My initial feeling on this app is similar to other itv apps. When asking for date of birth the app expects me to scroll through 50 years to get to mine. Get the feeling itv plan their apps for teenagers only. Other than that the app is ok. And it's still the same in 2020. ITV you are idiots.

Can't get into the app without putting in date of birth. When you tap on the calendar it defaults to today and there is no easy way to put your date of birth in. You would have to scroll backwards a month at a time!! Ridiculous!! So I am unable to even get into the app at present. Please sort it out.

For all those who are complaining about the DOB you are doing it incorrectly clearly it took me about 2 seconds to enter mine. Select the month and date of yiur birth then where it says 2020 in top left corner click there and it brings you up a list and then you scroll to select the year....... hope this helps

Nearly gave up on this app from the start. When you ask for a date of birth use a drop down menu. Having to scroll back over many years is both frustrating and off putting

DOB is easy to enter. Click the year in the top left hand corner and choose your year. Then pick your month and date. First look of app looks great. Can't wait for tomorrow.
