After four weeks, I am still undergoing repeats of the app failing to load, saying "Dancing On Ice has stopped working". A black screen is all that appears. Each week I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled only for this to continue to happen. The problem is clearly not yet resolved. I am disappointed, I do say.

Used app last year but now tells me I need to update. Press update and it takes me back to start. Option to uninstall - but if I do, I won't be reinstalling! Obviously, they only want votes if you pay to phone them in. 31/01/21 So managed to vote last week, but went on app to vote today, and it kept telling me that vote wasn't open! And this is after the bugs had been 'fixed'! So I will be uninstalling app - two chances is one more than I usually give.

Rubbish, won't run after installation. Had no problem with previous app but it would not open and said needed updating. 24/01/21. Despite assurances that app was fixed IT STILL STOPS ON OPENING. At the moment if I could give it zero or minus stars I would.

App does not open! You say you've fixed it but you haven't. A lot of us still haven't managed to open this app. Don't tell me to upgrade. I've reinstalled this app over ten times!! Upgrade doesn't work. App doesn't work.

Installed, deleted, reinstalled, deleted again every week and still won't open. Just get error messahe saying "stopped working" report it every time but nothing changes. ITV you have NOT fixed this app.

Doesn't even run, crashes on startup. Moto E2 running Android 5.0. First time install with current version on Play Store, so don't bother telling me to upgrade to latest app version.
