The app manage to charge me instantly but takes quite long time to acknowledge my booking. After long waiting, I got an email to refund me due to unknown internal system error, and the refund will be clear in 1-2 week of time instead of immediate refund.

Manage to open the apps but i have to click about >7x just to open the cinema, movies, time, date option. It direct me to tgv & manage to made payment but suddenly its stop working. I had to made several call to my bank n tgv to know either i have a ticket or not & the amount is deducted. Tgv customer service suck. Didnt pick up at all! After >15 min tgv send me email after all that stressed.

Very good app, i dont have to queue anymore for movie. Very easy, useful and pratical. The only problem is i cannot buy the popcorn online, still have to queue for popcorn. I wish i could just take the ticket + popcorn and walk into cinema. Please make it available in the future.
