Jane Austen's e-book The Watsons is part of a series of Jane Austen's works.
Introduce the protagonist. With two sons and four daughters, Mr. Watson is a widowed and ailing clergyman. Emma, the story's protagonist, was raised by a wealthy aunt and, as a result, is better educated and refined than her sisters. Emma is forced to return to her father's house after her aunt enters into a foolish second marriage. Penelope and Margaret, two of her sisters, are there, and she is annoyed by their crude and rash husband-hunting. Tom Musgrave, who had previously paid attention to all of the sisters, was one of their key goals. This is something Emma picks up from her older sister Elizabeth, who is more responsible and kind.

The Osbornes, a great titled family, live near the Watsons, and Emma attracts the attention of the young and awkward Lord Osborne while attending a ball in the nearby area. Emma meets Mrs Blake, who introduces her to her brother, Mr Howard, vicar of the parish church near Osborne Castle, through an act of kindness.Margaret returns home a few days later after an extended visit to her brother Robert in Croydon. Her brother and his obnoxious and snobbish wife accompany her. Emma refuses an offer to join them back when they depart.
