Using BlueStacks

"Islah" is a mobile application owned by Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University offering a variety of services that provide the university students and staff the ability to report malfunctions and problems which are located within the university physical domain.
Students and staff can do:
1. Reporting the malfunctions by adding a simple description of the problem, also they have the ability to capture an image or recording a video of the problem.
2. Assign the reported problem to any department within the university
3. . Following-up to identify the status of the problem, also thy can send their comments.
4. The ability to save reported problems as draft in case of no internet access available, they can send saved draft once the connection has been restored.
