When I got my lightstick it worked the first time and then wouldn't reconnect. I finally figured out if you go to Settings-Apps-SeventeenLightstick-Storage then clear the cache and data it will then start working again. Hopes this helps some people who were stuck in my position as the app instructions to fix the issue didn't work. Other than the update pop up and the connection issue the app works fine, however it was a very frustrating flaw I couldn't figure out how to fix for months.

This was a good app at first but now I can't seem to connect my bong anymore. Even though my bong flashed the blue light the app still didn't recognize my lightstick. I tried resetting both the apo and the bong countless of times but still no luck. Please update the app!

For Carats who couldn't update their lightstick and can't use the app anymore, try to reset your Carat Bong. Really long press until it flashes different colors (but don't try to connect to the app yet! and maybe remove and put back the batteries before you do this) and it should be able to connect again. Hope this helps! The app works fine for me now.๐๐

At first, it was good. It's just not updated based on the latest theme/era of Seventeen, but that's no big deal. I was using it just fine when it suddenly need a software update. I confirmed but it's always failing to update and now I cannot use the app anymore, because the update is required. Please fix it. Thank you!

The app worked great, but it started telling me I need to update even though I just installed it? and it doesn't give me the option to update. when i go to connect my bong, it flashes all colours right after the app says it can't connect. ive done everything people have said to do to no avail. please fix the update problem, its really messing with my bong.
