Happy with the results so far. Especially, once the map is created. To improve the app I would make the GUI more user friendly. Example: It would be more intuitive to touch the map 'rooms' to begin a clean. Instead of having to touch new job and then select the rooms. Also, another improvement would be able to add another room to the jobs while it is vacuuming. As for now you have to wait for it to complete and come back home before you can initiate another job.

The actual vacuum is great, but the app is unreliable. I can't change any details on the map, it just crashes and restarts whenever I try. I still get notifications and control still work, but updating details just doesn't work. If this gets fixed, this is a 5* app, but when core functionality is broken, it can't get that score.

My M 6 gives mixed signals it stopped in the middle of cleaning today messages battery had run low it did not go back to its recharging station and when I picked it up it said it was running low on fluid when actuality had at least a third of a reservoir full. It takes too long to go through the cycle. If not for the expertise on the people that when you call in for help I will return this thing three days after I got it from Costco. It's performance is below my expectations.

The app only really provides status, start/stop, and does not tell you progress toward charging. There are no simple commands like "go home" so if say your brushes need cleaning or bin is full under a couch the robot is stuck there. The app is poorly organized and too much fluff without function, like Windows 8 or Windows Phone. Like most apps of the past 12 years, the devs focused too much on appearance and not enough on utility. Love the Roomba itself, but very disappointed with the app.

The app should have a possibility to send the robot Home when I want to do it. Not to touch Home button on the robot. Also would be very good if you can select a specific area on the map and to be cleaned there for example around the kitchen table, not to bring the robot to that spot and to click on robot's spot button. I'm using irobot i7 Also when I want to see cleaning history, an error message pops up "there are no records found", but in background I can see that there is a record...

Love love LOVE my robot! It can get around a surprising number and types of obstacles, and being able to turn it on while I'm occupied elsewhere is absolutely delightful for a busy house full of kids and pets! I hope to get a 2nd one for upstairs, but for the time being, I just carry it to the top of the stairs and let it go. I love how it returns to that same spot when it needs the bin emptied or some time charging. Seriously smart technology and very user friendly!
