Established for the development of Agriculture sector which is a backbone of Indian economy. We work with farmers in the area where there is no sufficient drinking water; no irrigation systems (such as hilly and barren land area); poor socio economic facilities etc. We empower farmers with special emphasis on their education, training & overall development by imparting good farming practices, motivating them and supporting them to maximize their output.
Aims & Objectives of Rangasharda Agro:
• To promote mechanized farming with 360 degree solution to farmers by educating and training them.
• To bring market closer to famers by giving them good value for their crops
• We assure farmers the value for their crops by buy back arrangements
• We support farmers from day 1 (Land levelling to harvesting and buying their crops). We also ensure the quality of crops by frequent visits to farms and training and imparting good practices

We have started its operation in Pune.
IRASHA Bazaar will be selling Fruits & Vegetables to start with and gradually add rice, pulses, staple items with own brand name & include other branded items as well, with more concentration on fruits and vegetables.

One of the service activities that we miss in India is the organized agri retail centers which is existing in many countries around the world and reflects the standard of services in these countries. India is one of the top Agri producer in the world and exports are also growing phenomenally. Indian govt is already supporting farmers in terms of awareness and giving them the platform to sell their goods in the market place. Our efforts are to support these govt initiatives, to help farmers to get better realization of their efforts.
We source all our Fruits & Vegetables directly from farmers in bulk quantities and at highest rates which supports the farmer’s basic interest.
Moreover, the need for such an organised retail center on the wheels @ your door step is becoming a necessity to serve the community and at the right convenient rate rather than paying a huge amount for such services / goods.
The aim is to serve, to train and develop and to generate revenue as well as contributing to the society by motivating farmers.
