Cell C makes black data sound so great and free but what they dont tell u is that u need to subscribe with a montly payment in order to use that data to stream for free only... I tried to subscribe a account on the black app but all it does is give me a black page when i click on "subscribe" ??? The app needs better maintenance and work.. It really does make it feel like a scam at the end of the day.. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN CELL C AND THEIR ADVERTISING ON BLACK DATA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A WASTE

Hi. i have had this problem since December last year. i have contacted the support center and logged out, uninstall and reinstall the app. i am unable to rent any movies. the pop up screen stays blank. please can this be sorted out.

you guys suck, am having issues with my monthly package which I bought on the 24march and expiry date is 31 March. I wanna know why 31st March because it's supposed to 30 days from date of purchase I read this on the subscription. I've sent email to blacksupport, cell C. no one seems to know what they doing because I wanna buy another package now co he one I have suck. So I need to be assured that is not gonna expire on the 31st March if I buy it today. But last for 30 days instead.

I'm so disappointed with this app. My first month I subscribed for Tv Premium which worked amazingly and I enjoyed every minute of it. But then the next month I went for Access. That's when the problem started. I tried opening programes it would tell me of my network. I bought data but still the problem persisted. When it finally decided to play, I could only get about 2 minutes in anf then it would just get stuck. I feel so cheated and even regret recommending it to my family and friends.
