I have not been able to use this app. The first step is to take a photo of your id and a selfie to verify you are the one submitting information. I have done this at least 50 times, using both my driver's license and passport, taking selfies at different distances, different lighting, etc. Always get a message that they do not match. I sent a message to the company asking for suggestions, no response. My son was able to use it, he said it took several tries to match, not an excessive number.
