1) The app concept is great - no more scrounging around for change for any school payments. You can either prepay a balance into a wallet, or link a credit card. 2) The look and feel is smooth and intuitive. 3) The technical support was top notch on a small bug I experienced recently (as an end user) - issue fixed, and a phone call from them to confirm that I was sorted, all within 2 hours.

I'm having some frustrations with the push notifications to my phone not coming through (when they did previously), but the easy access to help via the email function has hopefully solved the problem.

I had an issue with the Karri app not opening and kept on kicking me out, this also affected my email as they linked. MEL from support helped me fix this, with great difficulty from my side as I was frustrated and just wanted it fixed. Upon calling me back, sending me messages and ensuring that everything was sorted by the end of the day. I am really grateful for her keeping her cool and being so understanding and patient even though I was such a cow😂thanks again Mel you an absolute star 🌟🌟

It is very convenient and easy to use.... Good thinking. I thought this was not a good idea but now it's just a quick operation and ready to go. Hope all can be done just like this. The contact center is good as well on their help line. Spoke to Mal and she was so efficient and helpful.

Vukile was extremely patient, very professional, friendly and helpful to me when I was under a lot of stress due to challenges of login in. I appreciate his excellent service which put me at ease and has given me peace of mind, and made my experience of using the Karri app for my children such a pleasure. Thank you Vukile keep up the great work for us parents, you are simply the best sir!!

I had a problem with a password reset. After the auto answer service did not resolve my problem, Kim, a Karri employee called me and she resolved the problem immediately. She went the extra mile and confirmed with the school that my App was fully updated. Excellent service. Thanks.
