Update: My account has been locked up for 7 days now. Their response is this is an ongoing issue and they are working on it. This is the worst phone app, EVER. Half the time it doesn't load. When it does load it's very slow and usually locks up. Customer service is email only. They charge you an outrageous amount for the service to begin with then have the nerve to charge you a dollar per month to have the privilege of trying to use their services.

Horrible, only spins, no phone numbers, email comes back, internet search leads you to app--that doesn't work. Don't think this is quick easy assistance needed for you when needing to help someone incarcerated...it isn't. Even the jail personnel were frustrated, maybe they should switch providers.

Horrific app. It crashes and the tech support is zero help. The number you call is completely automated and just refers you to their website. I've emailed about free video calls that are suppose to be Fridays 4PM-8pm but was still being charged and I was given vague answers or ignored.

This app only works to take your $8.95 for each transaction you cannot lump anything together it constantly crashes option dont show up then they want to say inmate must be on restriction for that to happen call the jail no restrictions no customer service it only works when it charges you i dont even give it one star

Wouldn't recommend this app but it may be the only way to help support ur loved one. They've got taking ur $ running flawlessly but nothing beyond taking the absolutely absurd amount of money for each transaction. Creators n support teams should be embarrassed.

I haven't had nothing but problems with this app it is junk I have even emailed the company three times trying to get my stuff fixed and they have constantly repeated of Lee answered me with the same b******* that didn't help in the first place. I have tried every angle I have tried this app from every device. I still can't seem to schedule a visitation.or even be approved for visitation through this app. I believe that the counties that use this app should be punished due inability to visit inm
