Worst App for Good Idea. With this App user cannot register or do forgot password. Everytime I am trying to get OTP for registration, it's giving error regarding Internet Connection. Seems totally waste of time and waste of efforts put in for this Good Idea.

The app just didn't start after downloading..! It refused to load and once I even got the message check your internet connection when my wifi is really strong... It was trying to load for over half an hour but still didn't so I uninstalled it...

Good idea, terrible execution. Most of the time the app doesn't work. You won't be able to login, register or reset your password. Waste of time as far as I am concerned

I have been spending last one hour in first registering and then failing to login to book scrap pick up.this directly contradicts your own message which confirmed successful registration.

I am really unhappy with the service. First if we choose bulk pickup then no one calls back as mentioned. Second reaching the customer care if is a difficult task as they dont pick their calls and again no one calls back. Third, if they pick your call and note your request it will take more than months for the collector man to come to your place and collect the stuff for recycling. MINE HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE THOUGH AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS I AM REQUESTING.
