This app service is not professional and lacks the basics of customer support and satisfaction. I've ordered a car, paid the whole amount, met all the requirements. I should have received the car, however, someone from a 3rd party rental office called me to pay extra money to issue rental contract. I've refused, I called the customer service, they didn't solve my concern and the complaint. I recommend anyone who wants to rent a car go directly to rental office other than dealing with this comp.

Service is awful. First they charge money, then notify you that the car is not available and offer a worse one! Another story: they have a "flat tire" button in the app. What they actually do is just recommend you nearest tyre shop. Thanks, guys, but I'm not banned in google. Update: they managed to find a car Upd. 2. They have charged me money for the fine I've already paid! To get money back they ask for the receipt, but only they have an access to it!

They STEAL your money straight from your account even after you finish the contract and return the car, and then refuse to return it claiming that this is their policy and they will just keep your money. They stole one full month rent after I returned the car

Fraud! Do not use they're suppliers give you cars that are not drivable dirty and in need of major maintaince. When you contact them they don't come collect car so you keep paying !

Run run run ,Bunch of scammers a lot of additional fees that are not in the contract, non responsive and doesn't care at all, still withdrawing money even after I returned the car for imaginary fees

First of all, they don't have a contact number , I have rented a car, and then the dealer ( Althaqeb co ) contacted me for an additional charge, and then I refused and terminated the contract
