Tried to log on to this device and it said unable to verify device. I called the company where I was on hold for over 45 minutes. When someone finally answered I was told that the device did not work for mn customers. I asked them when it would work. They had no idea. I am a customer of zito and none of their services work right and when you call the company you get no satisfactory answer. If you have zito and are able to go through another company. I would go that route.

I LOVE this app. If I'm working, or have anything else going on when I can't watch something I like I can just play it back the next day. This is the BEST experience I've had cable wise in years.

This App sucks....locked up when entering info to Register the device. Seven damn times...that was enough for me...I deleted it. Seems like everything Zito does fails to meet customer expectations! Zito has big problems...

Hello Zito!? Many people can't use this app because you can't get past the login. How the heck do you use the app if you can't log in? I'm using my account login info and have no idea what the device name is. Went on my Zito account and there is no info there regarding adding other devices such as smartphones. Unacceptable!
