About this app

1947 முதல் 1949 வரை MX981 என்னும் புராஜக்ட் எட்வர்ட்ஸ் விமானப் படைத் தளத்தில் (முராக் எனும் இடத்தில்) ஒரு அறிவியல் சோதனை செய்வதற்காக :) ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது.

அதில் எட்வர்ட் மர்பி அவர்கள் மின்சார மீட்டர்களைப் பார்க்கும் வேலை செய்து வந்தார். அதில் ஏற்பட்ட ஒரு தவறுக்கு அவரது உதவியாளரைக் காரணம் காட்டி சொன்னதே முதல் மர்பி விதியாகும். அந்த விதி, "If that guy has any way of making a mistake, he will." அதன் பின்னரே, மிகவும் பிரசித்தி பெற்ற "ஒரு விஷயம் தவறாக நடக்க வாய்ப்பிருக்குமேயானால், அது தவறாகவே நடக்கும்" - "If it can go wrong, it will" போன்ற விதிகள் அவரால் சொல்லப்பட்டன.
