This app is good for viewing tickets you purchased but you cannot buy tickets through it. Tickets get 'added' to a non-existant cart which you can't find and then never ultimately purchase.

itself in the background even though I only go to the symphony every month
or two.

Great improvement over the earlier SSO app. Not only does it store your tickets (so you don't have to bring the paper versions), but it now has your order history and can provide optional notifications. Just make sure you look for the "ListenBoldly" app on your Android device -- it's not called "Seattle Symphony" or "SSO" under its app icon, so it's easy to forget where to find it.
