I placed an order and scheduled a delivery. My items weren't picked or delivered even a week after the scheduled delivery and I received zero communication from Insta Golocal. I eventually gave up and cancelled my order because I had no idea if or when it would actually be fulfilled. I didn't hear anything back from them when I cancelled my order either. I don't know if this company is fulfilling ANY orders at this point, but they clearly cannot cope at all with the pandemic situation and are dealing with it by completely ignoring their customers. Saying they have "bad" customer service is understating the situation -- they have NO customer service.

Their customer service is pretty good. I once had issue with an order, they were prompt in their response. Meat quality is good too, we normally prefer grass fed one.
