The app worked great for the first month .Then the glitches began , and has gotten worse ever since . This weekend I was shopping for a customer . And the app just froze when I was almost finished with the batch . I couldn't get the batch to load and had to cancel it 50 items were on this order . I contacted customer service to let them know what happened . And they locked me out from taking batches for 24 hours . A shopper shouldn't be punished because your app isn't working , or lose stars .

I agree with Carla Poston 💯 percent. Also for the last 3 months no batches are showing very slow, have updated the app, the app is not working correctly. On Sunday my first order was to a liquor store that was closed, called for support comes to find out the address is in another city, but it didn't show up on my phone, was told I would get paid for it but didn't call for help to see why I need all the infor, I talked to two reps, they didn't have the information notated,. A total of four reps

Bring back the old version. It was a lot better when I was able to choose which batch I wanted to do. Now I hardly see any batches around my area. Also, I hate that when you go into another app and come back to the Instacart Shopper App it has to restart all over again as if I closed it completely. It does not stay where you left it. Delivering big batches to apartments is also terrible. I've had to carry big items up stairs for people who don't tip anything.

It would be great if the app made it possible for shoppers to see the addresses of customers before accepting batches. I live in a military town but am a civilian, and therefore do not have base access and it is EXTREMELY troublesome for both me and the customer when I have to get batches reassigned. The Help people are great, but it's just a bad experience for everyone involved.

This app has been developed by very beginner people, i have updated my phone number, i got a confirmation, later on i've tried to log in, impossible, it allowed me creating another account with the same information, what happened. It gives me access to my account as new fresh. It wapes all of my data. This app shouldnt be here, i don't know why they left it, their QA team if they have it. Failure behind Failure. They deserve 0 star

I am changing my review and stars. The app seems to be running better. The reason for only 4 stars is because of cancelation. I accepted batch looked to see for delivery. And it clearly wasn't in the city it was out in country that stated GPS would not work to get to the delivery location. So I had to cancel the batch. I am not familiar with the country rd and rely on GPS. Now I see I got penalized. I canceled within 2 min after accepting. I think you should beable cancel with in 5 min...WOP
