I've been using the app for over a year. My Success coach is awesome! However, this app almost always has some kind of bug going on with it. Most recently I kept receiving things in duplicate. Now it never shows me when my coach is logged on or not. It always tells me I have two messages even when I don't. This is after I have uninstalled, reinstalled and made sure all the updates were done. The idea behind the app is great! The app itself not so much.

I love this idea! Some bugs need to be worked out, but I'm in the process of getting them taken care of through the helpdesk. I love the helpful modules and the IM feature of talking with a success coach 24/7. I can also schedule a 1-on-1 phone call with my success coach when available. I wish more schools would do this. So very helpful!

Since the latest update I haven't been able to login. I put in my info then I get a spiny circle and then nothing happens.

I was invited by my coach and was able to setup my account. When attempting to log in it looks like it's logging me in but then it unexpectedly quits on me. I've browsed the zendesk help file sent to me by my coach but no success on the recommendation. This app crashes every time I attempted to log in. Please fix.
