There should be a negative rating for this app. I have a due amount of over 9500 INR for almost 9 months now. . Yet I'm unable to contact anybody regarding this.. With so much money,effort and time put into it we never get reimbursement or payments, reports needs to be on time, but payment never.

Worst experience! Very very bad payment process. I have not received a single payments yet. My payments are over due for more than a year now! No response to emails or calls. Don't trust.

I have payments pending since August 2019. The worst app ever do not fall into their marketing gimmicks of promising to pay in 90 days. Literally shame on them

The app is very limited for shoppers because you cannot see the uploaded documents/photos and specific information for the shops that you submitted; thus, there is no way to go back to the submitted shop if an editor has a question later. The shops completed should be accessible to the shopper, so that he/she can verify the reimbursement and details. Activity and search never load any options. This app is severely lacking in useful features when compared to other mystery shopping apps.

Donot ever use this application! They promise to pay you for the audit you undertake, but once the audit gets over, they don't even turn up to ask you about the audit and payment is also not made. I haven't recieved any payment for all 3 audits I have done, in last 6 months. So very poor customer relationship management they have. As they cannot handle their customers and pay them on time.

The payment is pending since October 2019 still its not paid... Very worst app... Nobody is there to contact..
