Supposedly you are able to download material. However if you must be logged in to the app to read, but you can't because everytime you switch locations you must re-login. Also customer support is non-existent, 4 request for password reset and 4 days later nothing. Don't understand why companies want to use this app.

It does not work with my 2019 Samsung Tab A tablet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Inkling App yesterday. It was working fine after reinstalling the Inkling app. Today it stop working again. I have tried opening the app so many times today. It keep on freezing up and would not load my online manuals. This is a useless app and very buggy! I like my Adobe manual better!!!

After about a month, app starts to freeze during the load process and won't show full library. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app works, but is a frustrating "solution". Attempted to contact developer support as listed on this page and for a bounce-back that the address doesn't exist.

Downloaded and immediately uninstalled. Requests a company code for login even though I was able to buy a book for myself off the main website. I should be able to use this app for anything I buy through your service on my own dime or my company subscription. If you don't already have a public, non-company equivalent, you should. Otherwise, add public access to your existing app please. Will have to read through browser instead for now.
