App is good but needs fixing. I got $10 in Amazon cards so far since Sept. But it's been giving me more trouble with uploading receipts. Also, the notifications are not sorted by most recent. You have to scroll down and then back up which is really annoying. Another thing that is really not too great is the fact that I've been trying to connect my 7-Eleven account for over a week and so far it is still "pending"? Maybe it's not on their side but they need to do something about it either way.

Have had this app for 3years and have cashed in on the highest reward 3xs.Just snap recipients after ANY purchase. Easy. No issues with app. Extra money, who doesn't like that...4 year's now and still cashing in once per year on average. Someone who shops more could easily cash out at least twice/year. It's year 5 and the app is still paying out an average of $40/yr. Someone who shops more could possibly cash out more often.Have cashed out for a total of $550. At a rate of once per year @ $40.

Good app. My only issue is that it's not user-friendly when you have issues. I got a new phone, and somehow, my email was disconnected. I gave up on playing the password game to reconnect. When I forward email recipients, they show processing and then disappear. Finding support assistance another headache. Erning spins would be more fun if you actually won. 2 and 5 coins out of 20 or more spins. It's almost not worth my time. I don't expect to get rich, but want some fun.

I had problems with the app at first, but they got better. Now since the last update I am thinking about deleting the whole thing. When you down loan a receipt it is turned sideways and you can't see where you left off. Then it you get a message that it is unreable even though you take a clase up photo. Why do you screw things up when they are working! You should have never updated it!! Things have improved and I have continued using it. I would recommend it.

The app has come a long way in the last several months and for the better. There was a dozen times over the last several years siince I've been a member that I have wanted to just delete the app. But never did. Used to take a lot of time to have enough coins to convert to PayPal, Visa, or Amazon. Now the ability to gain extra coins through surveys and online receipts has increased. Very happy with the app.

Frustrating to set up! It insists on using an app password which is less secure than real passwords. The app password is my Receipt Hog password but I keep getting the message that the login info doesn't match. There is no info on how to correct it. This has made it impossible to connect my email. I went to the help menu to see how to contact support- go to the home screen and click on the gear top right. There is no gear. There are no other options. Will delete if I get no support.
