Was chosen for a GE washer and dryer set two months ago. Two weeks ago I got an email that said shipping was delayed but I would be updated soon, and two days ago an email saying I was removed from the program and no reason given. I'm in the market for a new washer and dryer and I will definitely not be buying GE for them. Scammy app.

I've been doing what I need to do reviews, following, sharing. never missed anything. it's been over a month, I have been logged out of the app. when I try to log in it says there's an error, the login information is incorrect. when I click on forgot my password and enter my email, it says this email does not exist. I have had emails from Influenster 2 days ago asking me to submit my review for an item. after multiple tries & emailing asking for support & haven't got a response yet.

The company and programs they offer are pretty great. The app is kind of trash. It regularly gives errors when trying to complete surveys. It asks you to post a review on TikTok but then tries to open TikTok in the Influenster app, which never works properly. If the app was better the overall rating would easily be a 5.
