I've been using influenster for many years. I've been having fun with it. If I had any problems with campaigns they have been able to help with it. The app, however, keeps getting worse. The home page is forever the same, hard to see and answer people's questions, can't flag spam reviews and questions. Sometimes it just loads, and several functions also can only be done on the app so I get stuck in limbo.

As of 1/11/23, notifications still don't work even if set up properly, and the new update didn't fix it. Offers are very far and few between & sent to so many people its difficult to select what you want before they're gone. Five minutes, everything is gone. You need notifications to receive anything, and they don't work. Only those with iPhones get things because notifications work for iPhone. Overall, it's not as good as the Tryit program. Too many bugs. Bring tryit back!

Tryit was a wonderful program. Unfortunately, the Influenster app is extremely buggy and unable to send notifications to my email or phone. Yet, I am constantly getting reminders for a campaign I completed over a month ago and another where I was sent the wrong item. It appears that I am no longer eligible to receive items because of these errors. Update: It's been 3 months since I was sent the wrong item, and the overdue campaign is still on my dash. I no longer get campaign invites.

I'm really frustrated. I've had multiple bugs with the app in the last few months. Today it would not load at ALL for several hours. then when I checked a little while ago, it works again but I missed out on the free samples I was hoping for. I tried to use the website to log in, but it is basically useless and insists you use the app...which also didn't work. It's also told me repeatedly that I have tasks to do for a product I received and did all tasks for two months ago. Please fix this :(

This is the worst app. It won't load constantly glitching. It's not recording reviews. It's not submitting them. I'm not getting notifications in real time, free product alerts I'm getting hours later or at all. Won't stay connected to my social media accounts. I had zero issues when using the web version and nothing but issues with the app.

LISTEN TO US! I've had problems from this app the past 3yrs. It has too many bugs and glitches! Surveys glitch and disappear in the middle of taking them. Notifications, free product alerts and emails are not in real time..they come hours later. Free product alerts are not from your Interest. No one likes this app we all prefer the desktop version 100% better. Try It made the biggest mistake joining with this app. All of TryIt's fans left the program because they joined with this app.
