the videos stop playing so often its difficult to understand and unproductive waist of time and not being able to complete the tasked videos and test cost me alot of money

Doesn't work right at all

The app can't tell if your volume is muted, and then gives you the answers to every question after a failed test. Therefore it's possible to start a video while your phone is muted, go watch TV, put random answers into the test, get all the correct answers given to you by the app, replay the muted video again, and get 100% on the second testing. The app is essentially useless as a learning tool. It would be far better to simply allow only one attempt at each test and record that score.

This app sucks. You can't fast forward and if you exit the app you have to watch the whole video over again. Terrible.

Absolutely useless. Can't log in at all it won't allow you to enter in your registration code

Login issues, for since reason it won't save my login info, I can't reset my password, you have to contact the customer support service that is not 24/7 and they don't have any specific hours to tell you when they open, thus is the most annoying issue I've come into on any app, I've emailed them and tried calling them, there are tasks I need to complete for work but can't do them because of how stupid this situation is.
