Useless so far! It took rather long to download and install. Once I got in, it could not find my membership using the phone number and last name. I tried locating some reciprocal museums in NE, IA, and SD but it didn't bring up anything. I tried downloading the list of reciprocal museums - nothing happened. it was hard resetting the search to search again after the criteria brought no results. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is because I have hope that maybe it will work later...
