The have a MESSAGE to prepare learners who are capable of looking for new skills , insight and ideas and who are able to grow and move towards excellence . Administration team do their best to partly provide teachers with strategies to excute students' dreams partly to motivate teachers to keep offering their students their best day after day and partly to help teachers think about effective methods of learning as well as effective methods of teaching . The teachers also have a MESSAGE to prepare students to educate themselves by themselves through out their lives , to teach the students to see the vitality in themselves . The essence of teaching in Al-Madina languge schools is to make learning contagious , in other words , to have one idea spark another and once children learn how to learn , nothing is going to narrow their mind .
Al-Madina language schools also see that the great end of educatin is to discipline the mind rather than to furnish it , to train the mind to the use of its own powers rather than to fill it with accumulation of items and finally to direct children to learning by what amuses their minds .
