If you want your money to be cheated support their Campaigns I backed a
project after 1 year no product received. Fittbo campaign was supported go
and see for yourself. Indiegogo does not even bother about customer rights
just taking profits. Stick to amazon or mass drop. Wasted 50 USD for
nothing.

Is there a My contributions section on the android app that shows my order
id and details? Because if so i can't find it and only see it on the web
browser. I shouldn't have to go to the browser if I'm using the app for
this info. Fyi to the others as I have received 2 of the 4 products I
ordered. 1 of the pending ones started shipping out recently and yes the
other pending one has taken forever and hasn't shipped anything yet. So it
is based on the company you order from as to how things turn out.

A mess of an app. The back button takes you wherever you are all the back
to the front page. It suddenly stopped letting me look at my backed
campaigns "something went wrong, try again". Confusing interface, tough to
find interesting campaigns. Trying to contact support leads to a log
in/mainpage loop. No wonder Indiegogo is a hive of hucksters and garbage
peddlers, I'm pretty sure it was designed by them as well. Hate it, hate
it, hate!

Please get rid of the annoying "loading" icon in the middle of the screen.
The app seems to be perpetually loading and the icon gets in the way of
reading the content. If you want a loading indicator, put it at the top or
bottom of the screen, out of the way of the content.

Indiegogo is the breeding ground of Scammer and Frauds, there is no process
for confirming the actual team doing the campaign has been verified and
confirmed. Any legal here who can assist simple consumers like us...

Latest update and I can no longer see my pledges. All I get is an error
message saying something has gone wrong.
