Just like most government services, this app is a waste of taxpayer's money. The government took services of a private developer and now niether the tax department, nor the developer care about whether or not the app is functional. It does not open. Just a blank white screen appears. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried it on different phones. Same blank screen. The app clearly shows how the India tax department is still apathetic towards the Digital India dream.

I tried downloading and running the application on multiple mobile phones and on some a blank screen appears and on the ones which the data shows, it hangs the phone for 10 min. Very bulky. Uninstalling much improvement needed

Sir, this app has all potential to be very useful for the income tax family for immediate contact information. However, the purpose will be solved only if all contacts of department is uploaded in app and that to be updated. It is a humble request to kindly upload all contacts of the department to let it become fully functional and useful. Thanks
